A private boys school situated within our local area. The project consisted of remodelling the Newton building first floor layout to provide seven new music rooms. Each room had to be constructed to achieve a minimum acoustic sound reduction rating. New fire doors were fitted, MEP works and complete fit out including plastering, decorating and carpet tiles. The programme of works required us to work within the school parameters and restraints during the school holiday period.
